A uniquely positioned events venue on a family farm in Gloucestershire. The venue itself is a beautifully hand-crafted yurt and there are also multiple accommodation options on site: the Farmhouse, a Sheperd’s hut and glamping. Leyfold Events works in tandem with its sister company “Backyard Mobile Bars” which provides all of the bars for events.
Leyfold Events had a difficult few years with the pandemic hitting just a year after opening. Jo, the company owner, was eager to get event bookings up and increase brand awareness.
I facilitated workshops with Jo using a brand strategy framework. I strove to really understand her business and its biggest challenges. We covered everything from mission, vision, goals and brand personality to target audience research, gap analysis, positioning and finally creating a brand roadmap.
